Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between you (referred to herein as "you" or "users") and Templify, governing your use of all Templify products and services. By accessing or utilizing any Templify products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

References to Templify products within these Terms encompass all services and software provided by Templify, including but not limited to apps, browser extensions, websites, and associated functionalities.

Templify is owned and operated by PE Shpak Sergii, a Private Entrepreneur registered under the laws of Ukraine. Any mention of "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms pertains to Templify and its operations under PE Shpak Sergii.

License and Use of Templify Products

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable worldwide license to use the Templify products in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws.

You must use Templify products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Templify products in violation of applicable laws or these Terms. Violating any applicable laws or the Terms terminates the license.

All content of the Templify Products and Services is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Templify Products or Services without explicit permission.

User Account

To use Templify Products you might need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches of your account.

Your user account is personal to you and is granted on a single-user, named-account basis. You must not share, sell, rent, lend, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise allow any other person, entity, or party to access or use the Templify Products or Services through your account. Your login credentials are personal and confidential, and you are solely responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Sharing or transferring your account, or otherwise permitting any third party to use the Services through your account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice and without refund.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your user account without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Templify products, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment

Templify offers paid and free user accounts.

Free user accounts may not have access to all features and are subject to limitations determined by Templify.

Paid user accounts require payment based on the selected tier and subscription plan. Pricing information, available features and payment terms are provided separately and are subject to change at our discretion.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team using Support Page; cancellation stops future renewals, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for first-time subscribers. If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable fees charged by payment processors in connection with the initial payment or the refund itself.

Refunds are available only for an initial subscription purchase and are not available for subscription renewals. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Maintenance

Templify may perform planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance purposes, including updates, inspections, and hardware/software replacements. You acknowledge and accept that downtime may occur, and the Services may not be available at all times.

Warranty Disclaimer

Templify Products and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Products or Services. You use the Products and Services at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages incurred.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Templify, nor its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Templify harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Templify Products or Services.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Ukraine law.

Changes to Terms

Templify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Website, by email, or by other suitable means before the changes take effect. The updated effective date below indicates when the latest version became effective. Your continued use of the Templify Products or Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
