You’ll be notified after each failed payment attempt. We will retry up to 5 times over the following month. If all attempts fail, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan.

How do refunds work?
If you cancel your plan within 14 days of signing up, whether it's a monthly or yearly plan, we’ll be happy to refund the unused portion. Please contact our customer support team to request a refund.

New features will be available to all users subscribed to the plan that includes the feature, whether you’re a new or existing customer.
